Job Title: Associate Customer Service Rep
Duration: 3 Months

Job Type: Temporary Assignment
Work Type: Onsite
Job Description:
- Answer Phone Calls and direct to appropriate person.
- Develop quotes for Aftermarket requests
- Enter orders into SAP when PO received
- Interface with shipping/warehouse to get urgent orders processed.
- Assign Planned Maintenance work orders from ServiceMax queue to appropriate Field Service Engineer
- Process good receipts when parts/instruments arrive
- Assist other personnel with other duties when demand peaks
- Data Entry experience.
Educational requirement:
- High school diploma with 2 years of experience in data entry and customer service. or Associate degree with minimum data entry and customer service experience.
