Minimum Qualifications
Essential Functions and Primary Duties
Complete all aspects of accounting engagements for clients
Complete bookkeeping services for clients including invoice entry, paying bills, recording deposits, bank reconciliations, recording payroll transactions, general ledger account reconciliations, preparing journal entries and generating financial statements.
Execute solid understanding of accounting principles, general tax regulation, general payroll tax reporting regulations, technology implementation procedures, etc. relative to individual client assignments
Adhere to engagement budget constraints and complete assigned tasks within the time requested
Strive to attain charge hour goals
Practice in early practice development activities such as: memberships in qualified organizations capable of referring potential engagements, and business networking activities
Execute administrative duties as assigned
Additional responsibilities as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor''s Degree in Accounting or related field
Proficient use of QuickBooks software
