Work toward becoming a technical liaison between ERCOT systems and Market Participants — diagnosing issues, interpreting system behavior, and guiding resolution. Learn Market Participant onboarding, registration, and qualification processes with a focus on technical requirements and system integration. Acquire sufficient understanding of wholesale settlement to resolve settlement disputes. Contribute to market notices, ensuring technical accuracy and clarity of system and market impacts. Support cross-functional initiatives involving system enhancements, process optimization, and market design changes. Develop documentation, knowledge articles, and training materials focused on systems, tools, and market mechanics. Identify opportunities for data-driven process improvements as you become familiar with existing workflows.
