As an Associate Civil Engineer at Siegfried, you will play a key role in supporting project management and technical design efforts for both public infrastructure and private development projects. What You’ll Do

• Manage and design infrastructure projects with oversight of schedules, budgets, and contract fees

• Collaborate with principals, marketing, and technical staff on proposals and project delivery

• Mentor junior engineers and technicians to foster professional growth

• Participate in recruiting, fee negotiations, and billing reviews

• Promote and maintain design standards and quality assurance processes

• Engage with clients and contribute to business development activities

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required

• Experience in project management and civil engineering design

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to mentor and support junior staff

• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D preferred
