Life at Teads

At Teads, we're building what's next for the open internet. By bringing together the strengths of Teads and Outbrain, we've created a global omnichannel platform connecting brands, agencies, publishers, and audiences across CTV, mobile, and web from brand building through to performance.

But what makes Teads different isn't only what we're building. It's how we build it. We work at the intersection of media, technology, creativity, data, and AI. That means solving complex problems, adapting quickly, challenging established ways of working, and turning new technology into meaningful outcomes for our customers and partners.

Our EVP reflects the experience we want every Teadster to have.

Impact Without Borders

Your work here can travel far beyond your immediate team, market, or job description.

Teads operates across markets, functions, cultures, and disciplines, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues around the world and contribute to work that has genuine global reach. Whether you are building technology, working with advertisers, supporting publishers, developing creative solutions, or helping our teams grow, you will have the opportunity to see how your work connects to something bigger. We value people who look beyond boundaries, share ideas openly, and take ownership of the impact they can create.

Complexity That Makes You Better

Advertising and technology are changing quickly and we see that complexity as an opportunity.

At Teads, you will work on problems that do not always have an obvious answer. You will navigate evolving technology, changing customer expectations, new AI capabilities, shifting consumer behaviours, and a rapidly transforming media landscape. We want people who are curious enough to ask better questions, confident enough to experiment, and adaptable enough to keep learning. You will have access to modern tools, AI and automation, talented colleagues, and opportunities to stretch beyond what you already know.

Because the best careers are not built by doing the same thing repeatedly. They are built by taking on challenges that make you better.

Ambition, Made Human

We are ambitious about what we want to build but we believe high performance and humanity should coexist.

Teadsters are smart, resourceful, approachable, and passionate about what they do. We expect high standards, but we also value collaboration, openness, trust, and the different perspectives people bring to the table. You will work with people who care about results while still caring about how those results are achieved. Through our employee-led Employee Resource Groups and wider community initiatives, Teadsters can also contribute to areas including sustainability, women's empowerment, charitable initiatives, diversity, equity and inclusion.

We want people to grow here, challenge themselves here, and help shape what Teads becomes next.

Building the Future of Media

AI, automation, and emerging technology are already changing how our industry works. At Teads, we are not watching that transformation from the sidelines.

We actively explore how technology can help us work smarter, make better decisions, create stronger advertising experiences, and solve problems differently. That means we look for people who are comfortable learning, experimenting, applying judgement, and evolving alongside technology.

You do not need to have every answer. But you should be curious about what comes next.

If you want to work somewhere where your impact can cross borders, complexity can accelerate your growth, and ambition still feels human, there is a place for you at Teads.

Equal Opportunity Employer

Teads is committed to creating an inclusive workplace and providing equal opportunities throughout recruitment and employment. We value different backgrounds, experiences, perspectives, and ways of thinking, and we are committed to building teams that reflect the diverse global communities, customers, and audiences we serve.
