We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Representative to join us as a key member of our Sales team. You will be an essential part of the business model focused on supporting our Account Executives, prospecting for new customers, and nurturing current customers.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and qualify prospective customers leveraging business directories, industry events, and community engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing teams, to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Educate customers on the value proposition and benefits of our solutions
• Collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop and execute effective strategies to promote our services and product offerings
• Participate in customer calls to understand needs and build relationships
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies in partnership with Account Executives to increase funnel conversion rates and generate high-quality leads
• Drive sales growth and account management within assigned territory
• Act as a subject-matter expert on all things ServiceRocket-products and services
• Reporting on activity through company-required platforms. At times, present updates to the Leadership team and company

What you'll bring to the table

• Typically requires a minimum of 1-2 years of customer facing experience, specifically in sales support or sales operations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation abilities
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, collaborating effectively across cultures and time zones; able to leverage synchronous and asynchronous communication tools to ensure seamless connectivity to the global team
• Quick learner with a strong sense of ownership and resilience
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and committed to exceeding expectations

Our Selection Process

Our goal is for you to interview us. We want you to meet our team so that you can confirm we are the right company for you.

You will first meet our TA member in charge of the process, they will be your tour guide throughout the entire journey and will be there to answer any questions you may have! Then you'll meet the hiring team and the executive of the area.
