Summary
Under the direction of the Bursar, oversee the daily operations within the Bursars Office. General responsibilities include supervision and maintenance of all operational procedures relating to the review of Accounts Receivable functions, reconciliation and third party contracts, and University cashiering functions. This position reports directly to the Bursar and assumes the responsibilities of the Bursar in their absence.
This position must possess supervisory skills, have a thorough understanding of the accounts receivable functions/operations, problem solving skills, communication skills to represent the Office of the Bursar and the University in discussions with parents and students as well as interact with various university departments, both on Main Campus and Firelands Campus.
