Job Summary
Under the direction of the Senior Brand Manager, the Associate Brand Manager will join dynamic , growth-oriented team, responsible for driving growth strategies and delivering breakthrough innovations for Standard Process customers & consumers. This role plays a key role in supporting the execution and optimization of brand strategies across multiple HCP-facing and alternative channel initiatives.
The Associate Brand Product Manager will coordinate and analyze product-related activities, assist in the design and implementation of marketing campaigns, and provide product marketing support to the sales organization. The position will contribute to developing and executing key brand initiatives that strengthen the Core brand’s competitive position and support successful new product launches. Responsibilities also include conducting business analytics, supporting sales efforts and promotional activities such as trade shows and customer events.
The Senior Brand Product Manager will provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities while overseeing overall business performance. This role is part of the Brand Product Marketing team, which serves as a central link between marketing, product innovation, commercial analytics, and sales.
Responsibilities
Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
Location: Palmyra, WI (Hybrid)
Essential Functions
Execute with excellence the marketing plan
Works as part of a team to implement key elements of marketing strategy from the brand’s ongoing operating plan, including execution of communication strategy across select traditional, digital, social and other emerging media.
Develops and implements marketing promotional materials aligned to selling model that effectively engage with key target segments (Healthcare Professional & Consumer) influencing product trial and desired behavior.
Participate and assist in the end-to-end process to guide new products through their gate reviews, adhering with 5P best practices (Product, Price, Promotion, Placement (aka omni-channel) and Professional Recommendation)
Assists development and implementation of brand presence at trade shows and external events to engage with and gather insights from key HCP and consumer target segments.
Manage Profitable Growth
Facilitates the execution of multiple concurrent marketing initiatives, tracking and managing project or program constraints to meet all key performance indicators including; cost, time, scope, quality and goals.
Performance Analysis
Compiles, analyzes and reports on sales performance data, providing commentary and insight on brand performance by segment, channel, region and key customer group. Gathers qualitative feedback from cross-functional team partners.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field experience
Experience:
Experience in health and wellness, supplement, or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
2+ Years Brand Management Experience
Experience working with syndicated data.
Experience working in consumer product goods
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
PPT, Excel Word proficiency, familiarity with reporting tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau)
Knowledge of project management best practices, including budgeting
Knowledge and understanding of marketing strategies, techniques
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Basic knowledge of ERP systems functionality
Knowledge of brand management principles, including methodologies to drive KPIs.
Knowledge of digital and social media, advertising, and brand management
