    Main Activities/Tasks

    Portfolio Management

    • Support day-to-day management of assigned product portfolio, including product positioning, messaging, claims support, collateral updates and lifecycle initiatives.
    • Monitor portfolio performance, sales trends, category dynamics and customer feedback to identify risks, opportunities and recommended actions.
    • Maintain strong understanding of products, indications, customer needs and the relevant competitors.

    Digital Experience and Marketing Execution

    • Support digital experience initiatives across web, email, social, paid media, eCommerce/customer platforms and digital sales enablement tools.
    • Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve workflow efficiency, automate or streamline routine tasks, support content development and enhance productivity while maintaining appropriate human review and accuracy checks.
    • Coordinate development and upkeep of digital and physical marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency and appropriate internal review before use.

    Financial Tracking and Reporting

    • Support tracking of marketing budgets, project spend, purchase orders, invoice follow-up and related financial documentation.
    • Assist with preparation of recurring brand performance updates, campaign reports and launch tracking summaries for internal stakeholders.
    • Use sales, market, financial and campaign data to identify actionable insights and support recommendations for brand priorities.

    Competitor and Market Monitoring

    • Monitor competitor activity, product launches, pricing, promotions, claims, tradeshow presence, digital activity and customer communications.
    • Summarise competitive findings and market signals into clear updates that help inform brand plans, portfolio decisions and commercial actions.

    Cross-functional Collaboration and Review Process

    • Coordinate work with Sales, Technical Services, Regulatory, Supply, Finance and agency partners to move marketing projects from concept through approval and execution.
    • Collaborate with Sales and Technical Services teams to ensure marketing materials are aligned with commercial priorities, technical guidance and customer needs, while capturing the customer voice in messaging and content development..

    New Product Launch Support

    • Support new product launch planning and execution, including launch timelines, cross-functional coordination, messaging, sales tools, customer materials, tradeshow activation and digital support.
    • Assist with launch readiness activities such as asset development, internal communications, sales training support, sample/material coordination and performance tracking.

    Tradeshow and Event Management

    • Plan, coordinate and execute Norbrook presence at key tradeshows, conferences and customer events, including booth logistics, timelines, agency/vendor coordination, materials, samples and post-event follow-up.
    • Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure tradeshow objectives, messaging, staffing, customer engagement plans and lead capture processes are aligned.
    • Track tradeshow budgets, deliverables, deadlines and post-event performance measures to support continuous improvement.

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Animal Science, Communications or a related field preferred.
    • 3-5 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, product marketing, trade marketing, sales, animal health, CPG or a related commercial role.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, vendors and cross-functional inputs.
    • Experience supporting tradeshows, product launches, digital marketing activities, budget tracking and/or agency coordination preferred.
    • Ability to summarize data analysis, campaign results and market insights into concise narratives, presentation slides and actionable recommendations for decision-making.
