This role involves the analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, and support of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and enterprise integration solutions. The ideal candidate has hands-on integration development experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with Dell Boomi is valuable; however, candidates with relevant integration development experience in Edifecs or similar platforms are encouraged to apply. The selected candidate must be willing to learn and work with Edifecs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Gather and analyze business requirements, source systems, and integration needs.

    • Design, develop, test, and implement enterprise application integrations and workflows.

    • Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and external partners to deliver reliable integration solutions.

    • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in production environments.

    • Document business processes, system workflows, technical designs, and integration specifications.

    • Participate in project planning, solution design, architecture discussions, and technical reviews.

    • Follow established coding standards, unit-testing practices, release procedures, and change-management protocols.

    • Provide project updates, support post-implementation activities, and collaborate with team members while adapting to new technologies, including Edifecs.

    Required Qualifications

    • At least 2 years of professional IT experience involving software development and technical design.

    • Experience with enterprise integration technologies, ESB tools, or application integration platforms; Dell Boomi experience is a plus.

    • Willingness to learn and develop in Edifecs or a comparable integration environment.

    • Experience delivering 2–3 integration projects involving on-premises and cloud-based applications.

    • Programming experience in an object-oriented language, preferably Java, along with working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

    • Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services and data formats such as XML, CSV, and fixed-width files.

    • Understanding of the software development life cycle, unit testing, technical documentation, release procedures, and change management.

    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

    Preferred Qualifications and Technical Highlights

    • Familiarity with healthcare data transactions and standards, including X12 or HL7.

    • Experience working in an Edifecs environment or with comparable healthcare integration technologies.

    • Experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics.

    • Knowledge of cloud and on-premises application integration patterns.

    • Ability to evaluate alternative technical approaches and recommend solutions aligned with business requirements and organizational objectives.
