Job Summary:
We are seeking an entry-level BOM / PLM Analyst to support activities within manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and hardware environments. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related technical field, along with a foundational understanding of PLM concepts and strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support activities related to BOM management and product life cycles.
- Work with ECO/ECN processes and related PLM concepts.
- Analyze and manipulate data using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Use functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables for data analysis.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Must-Have Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related technical field.
- Foundational understanding of PLM concepts, including BOM management, product life cycles, and ECO/ECN processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data manipulation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to or academic project experience with PLM/ERP tools such as Agile PLM, PTC Windchill, Siemens Teamcenter, or SAP.
- Experience with CAD drawings.
- Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, or Hardware experience is preferred.
