    Designation : Associate Bankruptcy Attorney

    Location: Philadelphia, PA (Remote - must reside in Pennsylvania)

    Employment Type: Full-Time

    About the Role

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Bankruptcy Attorney to join our growing legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely in a fast-paced environment while gaining hands-on experience handling a wide range of bankruptcy matters. The ideal candidate is client-focused, organized, and capable of managing a high-volume caseload with accuracy and professionalism.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare, review, and approve bankruptcy-related pleadings and filings

    • Handle all aspects of bankruptcy cases, including:

    • Proofs of Claim

    • Motions for Relief

    • Objections and Responses to Objections

    • Payment Change Notices

    • Settlements and Adversary Proceedings

    • Participate in mediations, depositions, and hearings (telephonic and in-person as required)

    • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and guidance

    • Maintain accurate case documentation and meet all deadlines

    • Collaborate with internal teams and complete special projects as assigned

    Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)

    • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

    • Licensed and in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar

    • Must reside in Pennsylvania

    • 0-3 years of bankruptcy law experience

    • Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload in a fast-paced environment

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

    Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

    • Experience with bankruptcy or legal client management software

    • Familiarity with Pennsylvania bankruptcy court procedures and regulations

    • Prior experience in a high-volume legal practice environment
