Location: Philadelphia, PA (Remote - must reside in Pennsylvania)

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Bankruptcy Attorney to join our growing legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely in a fast-paced environment while gaining hands-on experience handling a wide range of bankruptcy matters. The ideal candidate is client-focused, organized, and capable of managing a high-volume caseload with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and approve bankruptcy-related pleadings and filings
Handle all aspects of bankruptcy cases, including:
Proofs of Claim
Motions for Relief
Objections and Responses to Objections
Payment Change Notices
Settlements and Adversary Proceedings
Participate in mediations, depositions, and hearings (telephonic and in-person as required)
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and guidance
Maintain accurate case documentation and meet all deadlines
Collaborate with internal teams and complete special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar
Must reside in Pennsylvania
0-3 years of bankruptcy law experience
Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience with bankruptcy or legal client management software
Familiarity with Pennsylvania bankruptcy court procedures and regulations
Prior experience in a high-volume legal practice environment
