We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate to join our Texas team in Austin, Dallas, or Houston. This role is ideal for a lawyer with 3-8 years of litigation experience, or equivalent clerkship experience, who is ready to take on meaningful responsibility in sophisticated commercial disputes and build a long-term career.

What You Bring

You bring strong legal judgment, initiative, and a genuine commitment to litigation. The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong oral advocacy skills;
• Excellent legal research and persuasive writing skills;
• A self-starting work ethic and strong ownership of assignments;
• The ability to help develop and execute case strategy, with guidance, from the outset of a matter through its resolution;
• Deposition and courtroom experience; and
• A demonstrated passion for litigation.

Experience with labor and employment matters is preferred, but not required.

Candidates must have a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted in Texas.
