Salary ranges from $100,000 to $150,000+ plus benefits, depending on experience.
Responsibilities include representing clients in court or before agencies, drafting legal documents, advising on transactions, negotiating settlements, ensuring legal compliance, and managing administrative duties.
Qualifications include prior legal experience, familiarity with legal documents, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, client rapport-building ability, and excellent communication skills.
