Description

Associate Attorney — Foreclosure & Eviction Location: Tennessee
Type: Full-time, direct hire
Experience: 3–5 years
Bar admission: Tennessee required; Georgia a plus About the firm Our client is a well-established law firm serving the financial services and real estate industries, with multiple offices across the Southeast and a practice built on creditors' rights work.
The firm handles default servicing matters at volume for institutional clients, and its attorneys are expected to own their files end to end rather than work as one layer in a long review chain. Teams are collaborative across offices, and the culture leans practical: clear communication, fast turnaround, and client service that holds up under deadline pressure. The role You will manage foreclosure and eviction matters from filing through resolution, including contested files that go to hearing.
This is a working attorney seat with real autonomy and a large, active caseload. You will be in front of clients regularly, appear at hearings and mediations, and be trusted to move files without heavy supervision. It suits an attorney who is already comfortable in default servicing work, or a litigator who wants depth in a high-volume practice with predictable subject matter.
