In this role, you will provide expert legal support and advice to our clients, primarily in the area of personal injury law. You will be responsible for managing a caseload from start to finish, working closely with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Handle a wide range of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, wrongful death, workers' compensation, and premises liability.
2. Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
3. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
4. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
5. Collaborate with our team of attorneys and legal professionals to develop effective legal strategies.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in personal injury law and general liability.
7. Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, maintaining regular communication and providing updates on case progress.

Qualifications:

1. J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the New Mexico Bar.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
4. Extensive experience in civil litigation, bodily injury, general liability, workers' compensation, premises liability, auto accident, motor vehicle, and wrongful death cases.
5. Strong legal research and writing skills, with a proven ability to draft clear and effective legal documents.
6. Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
7. Ability to manage a large caseload and work effectively under pressure.
8. Strong interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
9. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
