Associate Attorney

We are looking for a full-time Associate Attorney to join our client. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil litigation, as well as a strong understanding of insurance defense.

The primary responsibilities of this position will include:

• Researching and drafting legal documents
• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Preparing for and presenting cases in court
• Negotiating settlements
• Managing client relationships

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• California Bar
• At least 2 years of experience in civil litigation
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Experience with billable hours (1950+ hours per year)
