Job Details

Responsibilities
Assist with all phases of construction defect litigation, from case inception through resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and client meetings.
Manage discovery, including document review and written discovery.
Work closely with partners and senior attorneys to develop litigation strategy and gain hands-on courtroom experience.

Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership.
2+ years of construction defect litigation experience required.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced litigation practice.
A desire to learn, receive mentorship, and grow into a long-term litigation career.
Preferred Experience

Exposure to any of the following is a plus:
Real estate litigation
Title disputes
Foreclosure litigation
Mechanic's liens and lien litigation
Other commercial or property-related litigation
