Associate Attorney-Remote- Plaintiff Labor and Employment

CONFIDENTIAL OPPORTUNITY | PLAINTIFF-SIDE LABOR & EMPLOYMENT ATTORNEY

A growing boutique law firm is looking to add an experienced Plaintiff-Side Labor & Employment Attorney to its team. This is a unique opportunity for an attorney who already knows how to run FEHA matters independently and is looking for the autonomy, flexibility, and work-life balance that can be difficult to find in a law firm environment.

The firm focuses primarily on single-plaintiff FEHA matters and maintains a manageable caseload of approximately 20 cases per attorney. New matters are consistently fed to the attorney, allowing you to focus on handling your cases rather than spending time developing business.

This is a fully remote position with a flexible schedule and a high degree of independence. You’ll have established support staff and the resources you need to manage your matters from intake through resolution.

Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of plaintiff-side Labor & Employment experience
• Strong experience handling FEHA matters
• Experience with single-plaintiff employment cases; class action experience is not required
• Comfortable independently managing cases and making strategic decisions
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Ideally located in Los Angeles or Southern California

Compensation: Competitive base salary + case-based bonuses
