Job Details
Manage complex commercial and residential real estate transactions from inception through closing
Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, licenses, operating agreements, and related transaction documents
Conduct and coordinate due diligence reviews involving title, survey, zoning, environmental, and permitting matters
Structure, negotiate, and document commercial financing transactions and private lending arrangements
Advise clients regarding acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, and ownership strategies
Coordinate transaction closings and oversee post-closing requirements
Partner with trusts and estates, tax, corporate, and private client attorneys on matters involving real estate assets
Counsel high-net-worth individuals and families on ownership structures, asset protection, and wealth transfer objectives
Assist clients with investment portfolios, vacation properties, family compounds, and legacy assets
Support succession planning and business transition matters involving real estate holdings and family-owned enterprises
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing to practice law
Junior to mid-level attorney experience in real estate law
Experience handling commercial and/or residential real estate transactions
Knowledge of acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing transactions
Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting
Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and commitment to client confidentiality
Strong academic credentials
