    What You'll Be Doing

    • Advise business clients on corporate formation, governance, and general operational matters to support their long-term stability and growth
    • Draft, negotiate, and successfully close complex commercial and financing agreements on behalf of both borrowers and lending institutions
    • Oversee commercial and residential real estate transactions, guiding buyers, sellers, and lenders smoothly through the closing process
    • Prepare and review a wide array of business contracts to protect client interests and facilitate successful transactions
    • Manage a diverse portfolio of client cases independently while effectively coordinating with fellow attorneys to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
    • Handle occasional estate planning and probate matters to provide full-circle support to the firm's established clientele
