With very high ratings on Google, this firm doesn’t just settle cases—they dominate the market with 7 and 8-figure verdicts. They are highly organized, process-driven, and prioritize a team-first mentality that ensures no attorney is left on an island.
The Strategic Round Table: You won’t be guessing your next move. You’ll collaborate with Senior Counsel and the Managing Attorney to design each case, ensuring a proactive and winning approach from day one.
Support That Matters: You will benefit from a near 1:1 attorney-to-paralegal ratio, allowing you to focus on high-level strategy and advocacy rather than administrative bottlenecks.
Manageable Caseload: Expect a focused caseload of ~50 cases, allowing for deep dives into heavy litigation (approx. 60% of the docket) rather than a mill mentality.
Real Work-Life Balance: The firm operates on a 40-hour minimum with flexible start times (some start at 6 AM!). They explicitly reject the 60–80 hour work-week grind.
Manage personal injury matters (auto, truck, motorcycle, premises liability, and wrongful death) from inception through resolution.
Engage in round table strategy sessions to execute case designs effectively.
Draft and argue complex motions, conduct depositions, and prepare for trial.
Provide client-first service, maintaining the firm’s impeccable reputation for empathy and results.
Experience: 3–8 years of litigation experience. While Plaintiff PI experience is a major plus, we are open to talented attorneys who can seamlessly pivot into a plaintiff’s mindset.
Licensure: Active member of the California State Bar.
Soft Skills: You must be a self-starter who is also a team-player. If you are proactive, highly organized, and thrive in a collaborative environment, you will fit right in.
Bilingual Skills: Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required.
