Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal agreements with accuracy.

  • Manage and maintain matter pipelines with status updates and milestones.

  • Conduct legal research to support case strategy and client advisory.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and firm policies.

  • Track personal performance metrics and progress toward targets.

  • Continuously upskill through training and mentorship to advance to higher responsibility.

  • Support senior attorneys in litigation and dispute resolution activities.

  • Develop client-ready materials, including memos, slides, and case analyses.

  • Attend virtual client meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.

  • Support business development initiatives and identify growth opportunities.

  • Draft internal memos and brief summaries for cross-functional teams.


Experience/Qualifications

Arizona License- Must reside in Arizona

3+ years civil litigation experience in one or more practice areas including but not limited to business litigation, construction defect, insurance, real estate, medical malpractice, personal injury or employment law

  • Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree with bar admission in governing jurisdiction.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate diverse legal agreements with accuracy and clarity.

  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and firm policies.

  • Engage in upskilling and mentorship to progress to higher responsibilities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication tailored to legal and business audiences.

  • Maintain and update matter pipelines with status and milestones.

  • Conduct legal research to support case strategy and client advisory.

  • Support senior attorneys in litigation and dispute resolution activities.

  • Develop client-ready materials: memos, slides, and case analyses.

  • Demonstrate high-visibility work output in a results-driven environment.

  • Track personal performance metrics and progress toward targets.

  • Attend virtual client meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.

  • Support business development and identify growth opportunities.

  • Ability to work remotely with disciplined time management and self-motivation.

  • Draft internal memos and briefs for cross-functional teams.
