In this role, you will litigate civil cases, including helping to conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and manage case files. Responsibilities 

• Prepare briefs, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research
• Prepare for and attend legal proceedings
• Prepare cases for trial
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records

Qualifications

• Two years or more of experience preferred but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to self-task and work independently
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues
