Responsibilities:
- Work primarily with attorneys in New York office and restructuring attorneys in other offices
- Primary practice is Insolvency & Restructuring
- Ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of restructuring experience representing debtors, ad hoc and statutory committees, secured creditors, asset purchasers in chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court restructurings, including cross border matters
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from accredited institution required
- Admission to New York Bar, active and in good standing
- 2-4 years of restructuring experience
