Requirements
Associate Level:
- Practicing in California for minimum 2-3 years
- Have real life experience with trial prep and discovery
- Experienced with client interactions
- Strong communicator
- Excited to learn about Real Estate and Business law
Sr. Associate Level:
- 5-10 years hands on California law experience
- Civil litigation knowledge
- Prepare for and conduct trials, mediation, and arbitration on behalf of clients
- Attend court hearings on behalf of clients and argue motions
- Draft legal documents, such as pleadings and discovery requests, and responses
- Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs
