We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3–7+ years of experience to join our growing litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives on complex legal issues, values exceptional advocacy, and wants meaningful responsibility on sophisticated business disputes.

The ideal candidate will have strong writing and analytical skills, experience managing commercial litigation matters, and the ability to work directly with partners and clients throughout all phases of litigation.

Job Details

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active admission to the New York State Bar.
3–7+ years of commercial litigation experience.
Experience with complex business disputes, motion practice, depositions, and discovery.
Outstanding legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Strong academic credentials and excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
