The ideal candidate will have significant experience handling employment litigation matters from inception through resolution, including class actions, PAGA claims, discrimination and harassment claims, wage‑and‑hour disputes, and wrongful termination matters.ResponsibilitiesManage a docket of complex labor and employment litigation matters.Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions.Take and defend depositions.Handle discovery strategy and motion practice.Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial.Provide day‑to‑day counseling to employers on employment law compliance and risk management.Maintain strong client relationships and deliver practical legal solutions.Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team development.Qualifications8+ years of labor and employment litigation experience.Strong experience defending California employment claims.Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.Deposition and courtroom experience preferred.Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating effectively with a team.Active membership in the California State Bar.Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
