Associate Attorney (Mid-level)

• 3-5 years of experience in the Technology sector
• as well as a broad range of experience with corporate and transactional matters,
• including venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and private and public offerings of securities.
• Strong academics are required.
