Associate Attorney

I’m working on a confidential search for a boutique law firm seeking an associate with 3+ years of experience to join its Los Angeles office.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Active license and good standing with the California State Bar

• 3+ years of experience, ideally in a law firm setting

• Excellent academic credentials

• Experience representing developers and/ or direct investors in tax credit or community development transactions
