Associate Attorney

Elite Sourcing is working with a Law firm recently named by LA Business Journal as one of the Best 25 Law Firms to work for with offices in California, Nevada and Arizona. We are seeking Attorneys in Las Vegas with experience in corporate transactions/M&A, construction, real estate, and/or complex business/civil litigation.

About the Role:

• 2-5+ years of experience in corporate transactions/M&A, construction, real estate, and/or complex business/civil litigation
• Excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop strategies for clients
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Licensure to practice law in California
• Handle cases from inception through resolution
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
• Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay/Benefits
