Associate Attorney

This is a full-time Mid to Senior-Level Associate Attorney role. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for independently managing litigation cases from initiation to completion in state and federal courts and arbitration, including preparation and drafting of pleadings, motions, discovery, and other court filings, arguing motions in court and making other court appearances, interfacing and building relationships with clients, taking and defending depositions, and preparation for and participation in trials. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office location in Los Angeles, CA.

Qualifications

• 4 8 years of relevant civil litigation experience in a law firm setting
• Hands-on litigation experience including drafting and arguing motions, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation required
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team, with a collaborative mindset and interest in growing with the firm
