Hooks, Meng & Clement (HMC) is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our growing Las Vegas office. Our firm represents employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in Industrial Insurance Litigation throughout Nevada.

Compensation:$100,000+ annually salary
Experience in industrial insurance litigation, with a focus on representing clients effectively in court.
Ability to conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies and courtroom presentations.
Proven track record of drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents with precision and clarity.
Strong communication skills for direct client interaction, ensuring trust and clarity in all exchanges.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to develop and implement successful case strategies.
Experience participating in courtroom proceedings, with a focus on gaining hands-on litigation experience.
Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning, embracing mentorship and feedback from experienced colleagues.
Member in good standing with the State Bar of Nevada.
