    Role Description

    \n

    This is an on-site role for an Associate Attorney based in Lakeway, TX. The Associate Attorney will work on estate planning, probate, and guardianship cases, ensuring comprehensive and empathetic legal support to clients. They will draft legal documents, handle client consultations, research legal issues, and attend court proceedings as needed. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with special needs planning, family business, and legacy planning cases. Perfect position for someone looking to move to the Texas Hill Country from the "city".

    Qualifications

    • \n
    • At least 3 years experience in estate planning or related fields and
    • \n
    • Proficiency in estate planning, probate administration, and / or guardianship matters
    • \n
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, including client consultation and relationship management
    • \n
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
    • \n
    • Experience or knowledge in special needs planning, family business planning, or legacy planning is highly desirable
    • \n
    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
    • \n
    • Active license to practice law in Texas
    • \n
