    Job Title: Associate Attorney- Labor & Employment Attorney
    Location: Woodland Hills, CA 91367
    Role Type: Full-time; Hybrid, 3 days On-site with Wednesday being a required day

    Job Summary: The Associate Attorney must have at least 3+ years of litigation experience. This is an ideal opportunity for an attorney looking to handle a wide range of litigation matters involving cutting-edge topics and sophisticated, interesting clients. This associate will join a diverse practice group that focuses on employment law issues, including single plaintiff FEHA matters, wage & hour matters, PAGA claims and class action work, as well as commercial litigation and privacy litigation.

Their nationally recognized attorneys represent a diverse range of clients in labor & employment, wage & hour, ERISA & employee benefits, commercial litigation, insurance coverage litigation, professional liability, and more. They pride themselves on delivering strong legal work with excellent client service while emphasizing preventative counseling and results-oriented litigation strategies.

    Qualifications: 
    • Labor and employment litigation experience is preferred; however other civil litigation experience is also welcome. Wage & hour and PAGA experience is also a plus
    • Candidates should demonstrate outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills, as well as strong academic credentials
    • The ideal candidate will also be highly motivated to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrate initiative, assume responsibility for matters (commensurate with level of experience), and possess the interpersonal and communication skills to work well as part of a large, collaborative team
    • Candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in California
    Compensation: $170,000-$215,000 with annual bonus programs and a robust benefits package, including 401(k) plan with employer contribution, health insurance (medical, dental and vision coverage), life insurance and flexible spending
