Associate Attorney Labor and Employment

Labor & Employment Attorney, Remote (California)

A well-established, full-service law firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join its growing Labor & Employment Group. This role is fully remote for California-based candidates. You'll advise employers on California employment law, including wage and hour compliance, leaves of absence, accommodations, employee classification, workplace policies, and pay practices. You'll also litigate employment claims in California state and federal courts, partnering directly with clients to spot risk early, resolve workplace disputes, and reach practical, business-focused outcomes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of California employment law experience, both advice and litigation
• Licensed and in good standing in California
• Comfortable working directly with clients
