Our Dallas office is entering an exciting chapter of growth, with ambitious plans to expand our team in 2027. Led by Thera Cooper, Dallas Branch Office Managing Partner, our team offers the opportunity to work alongside accomplished litigators, handle sophisticated cases, and help shape the future of a growing practice.
Thera brings more than a decade of experience in complex litigation, trials, and appeals, with a track record of successful outcomes in high-stakes matters. Just as importantly, she believes in building a team where attorneys are respected, challenged, celebrated, and given the tools to succeed.
Her leadership philosophy is simple: Set high expectations, lead with kindness, invest in your people, and give them the opportunity to spread their wings.
This is a team that takes its work seriously without taking itself too seriously. You'll find open communication, collaborative case strategy, hands-on mentorship, and a leader who values initiative, accountability, and professional growth. From weekly case discussions to team lunches, celebrations, and a little fun along the way, connection matters here.
