    Location

    Hybrid role based in either Roseville, CA or Irvine, CA, combining in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

    Job Description

    • Manage complex civil litigation matters including construction defect, real estate, and business disputes
    • Represent builders, developers, and business clients throughout all phases of litigation
    • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; conduct depositions and court appearances
    • Collaborate with colleagues to develop litigation strategy and case positioning
    • Provide clear, business-minded legal guidance aligned with client objectives

    Qualifications

    • Active California Bar license in good standing
    • 3+ years of civil litigation experience
    • Experience in construction defect litigation, real estate disputes, or business litigation
    • Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
    • Background from law firm, in-house, or solo practice environments welcome
