    Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

    Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid). The most successful attorneys are in the office most days, roughly 75% of the time.Note: Must be actively licensed and in good standing with the Arizona State Bar. Relocation is only considered for candidates already licensed in Arizona.About Our Client Our client is a long-standing Arizona law firm with decades of success in complex litigation.     • Manage a caseload of insurance defense and related civil litigation matters from early strategy through resolution
    • Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and drive discovery plans
    • Draft motions, pleadings, and persuasive legal memoranda with strong research and writing
    • Partner with senior attorneys on case strategy, negotiation, and trial preparation
    • Communicate with clients clearly and professionally, keeping matters moving efficiently
    • Appear in court as needed and support mediations and settlement negotiations

    Qualifications

    • JD from a reputable law school
    • Active Arizona Bar license in good standing
    • Deposition experience (taking and defending)
    • Strong legal research and writing skills
    • Experience in insurance defense or civil litigation preferred
    • Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple matters
