New Gig Solutions is partnering with a well-established, mission-driven law firm that is looking to add a Texas-licensed Associate Attorney to its growing remote team.

This is a 40-hour-per-week position where you'll manage a steady caseload while working alongside a collaborative team committed to helping individuals facing financial and consumer-related legal challenges.

What You'll Do

• Manage consumer advocacy and civil litigation matters from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
• Communicate directly with clients, keeping them informed throughout their cases
• Negotiate with opposing counsel and work toward favorable resolutions
• Attend court appearances and hearings in Texas as needed

What We're Looking For

• Active Texas Bar license required
• 1+ years of attorney experience (all experience levels are encouraged to apply)
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and legal writing skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
• Must reside in the Houston Metro area

Preferred Experience

• Consumer law
• Civil litigation
• Debt defense or creditor disputes
• Bankruptcy
• Personal injury or other litigation backgrounds
