Associate Attorney

A fast-paced plaintiff no-fault firm is seeking an experienced associate attorney to join our team in Long Island (Hempstead, NY area)

A minimum of one (1) year experience is required. Candidate should have strong negotiation, communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of no-fault law.

Position Requirements:

• Handling daily virtual court calendar in specified venue
• Handling and managing litigation files from inception through trial.
• Handling and managing arbitration files from inception through arbitration hearing.
• Preparing motions and memorandums of law.
• Preparing pleadings, discovery, demands and responses.
• Drafting reports and provide file analysis
• Court and arbitration appearances
