Dallas, TX | On-Site or Hybrid

Our growing Dallas–Fort Worth practice is looking for a Litigation Associate to take on a hands-on role in our insurance and casualty defense work. Based in our Dallas office with the flexibility of a hybrid schedule, you'll defend a varied mix of civil matters while building the trial skills that define a lasting litigation career. This is an on-site or hybrid position designed for an attorney who values in-person collaboration and close mentorship.

    Responsibilities:

You'll own a caseload of insurance and casualty defense matters from first pleading through disposition—investigating claims, drafting motions and briefs, managing written and oral discovery, and second-chairing (then, over time, first-chairing) hearings, mediations, and trials. Working side-by-side with partners in the office, you'll get direct feedback, real client relationships, and steadily increasing responsibility as your skills grow. The active DFW docket keeps the work varied, so no two weeks look quite the same.
