Fatemi, LLC is looking to hire an attorney to assist our growing/expanding firm in the areas of Immigration, personal injury, family law, and criminal defense. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in the state of MD and have 3-5-years’ experience. Proficiency in the Spanish language is a plus. Candidates must also have excellent client communication skills, strong writing, and analytical skills. In addition, candidates must be able to work as a team player, pay attention to detail, and exercise sound judgment. Finally, candidates must be proficient in AILA Link, Westlaw, Lexis, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the law firm with our growth in the areas of Immigration, Personal Injury, Family Law, Criminal Defense and Business law
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents for submission to courts
- Conduct client's consultation and issue spotting
- Be a team player with other members to advance the firm's clients' needs
