Job Title: Associate Attorney (Creditors’ Rights)
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (Remote – local candidates only)
Overview
We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to handle legal matters from start to finish in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is ideal for newly licensed attorneys.
Key Responsibilities
Manage cases from filing through post-judgment
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
Represent clients in court hearings across Florida
Negotiate with opposing counsel
Handle a high-volume caseload efficiently
Communicate case updates and strategies
Requirements
Active Florida Bar license (required)
0–3 years of experience (litigation, collections, or bankruptcy preferred)
Courtroom or hearing experience (preferred)
Strong research, writing, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases
Nice to Have
Multi-state licensure or eligibility
