    Pay: $95,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

    Location

    This is a hybrid position based in Farmington Hills, MI. Attorneys are expected to work in the office 3 days per week, with flexibility for focused work outside the office.

    Note

    Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Michigan and have 2+ years of litigation experience.

    Job Description

    • Handle a variety of civil litigation and insurance defense matters from early case assessment through resolution.
    • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, discovery responses, correspondence, and case strategy materials.
    • Participate in depositions, court hearings, motion practice, trial preparation, and client communications.
    • Manage multiple cases and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization.
    • Work closely with partners, senior attorneys, and support staff to move cases forward efficiently.
    • Analyze legal issues, develop litigation strategy, and help deliver practical solutions for clients.
    • Contribute to a team-oriented culture focused on strong advocacy, professionalism, and high-quality client service.

    Qualifications

    • Michigan bar license required.
    • 2+ years of litigation experience required.
    • Civil litigation, insurance defense, PIP, or related litigation experience preferred.
    • Experience with depositions, motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation preferred.
    • Strong legal writing, research, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work both independently and collaboratively.
    • Professional, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow within a litigation practice.
