Associate Attorney – Employment Litigation

Our client, a national law firm with 40 offices and more than 500 attorneys, is currently seeking an Associate Attorney – Employment Litigation in Irvine, California.

Requirements:

·      4-7 years of experience with wage and hour litigation, including class and collective action

·      Experience litigating restrictive covenant & trade secret matters, including motions for injunctive relief, motions for expedited discovery, deposition and discovery

·      Experience drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting, and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions

·      Admitted to practice law in the State of California

This position is open to candidates with extensive litigation experience who have an interest in labor and employment law.

Base Salary: $210,000 – $240,000 + Bonus
