Position-Associate Attorney

Location- Cumming, GA

Shift- Full-Time (On-Site)

We are looking to add an Attorney Associate to our firm, focused on business and corporate transactional work. This is a meaningful hire for us, and we would like your help identifying candidates who are the right fit, not just on paper, but for the kind of firm we are building.

The role:

The Associate will manage the day-to-day legal needs of an active client roster, including:

Entity formation and governance matters
M&A support and due diligence
Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
Assisting partners on more complex transactional work
 

What we are looking for:

3-7 years of corporate or transactional experience
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Real ownership of client relationships (not a purely supporting role)
Georgia bar admission required.
