Job Profile
The Associate Attorney is a full-time position reporting to the General Counsel, managing the day-to-day legal needs of Vista America, a private jet operator. The Associate Attorney will assist in providing advice on legal matters across the company, handling operational legal needs of the Legal Department, supporting outside counsel relationships, and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. This role is well-suited for an attorney with 2-4 years of experience who is looking to grow within a dynamic in-house legal environment in the aviation industry.
