Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation

Civil litigation associate attorney with at least eight years of civil litigation experience in Florida needed at civil litigation law firm in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The firm represents plaintiffs, defendants, individuals, and entities in state and federal courts throughout Florida.

Candidate must:

• be at least a eight-year member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
• have at least eight years of civil litigation experience in Florida state and/or federal courts.
• have significant deposition and hearing (evidentiary and non-evidentiary) experience
• have strong legal research and legal writing skills.

Must have litigation experience with civil jury and non-jury trial experience are strongly preferred.
