Associate Attorney

Our client, a national law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Denver Tech Center office. The firm represents financial institutions and other business clients in a variety of matters involving real estate, creditor rights, and related litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain hands-on experience, work closely with clients, and build a long-term career within a collaborative and supportive environment.

The Associate Attorney will provide legal oversight and support for a variety of matters, including foreclosure proceedings, real estate-related disputes, and litigation matters. The attorney will work closely with clients and internal staff while managing cases from inception through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage non-judicial foreclosure matters and related legal proceedings
Review and analyze title reports, property records, and related documentation
Draft pleadings, motions, court filings, legal correspondence, and other case-related documents
Appear at hearings and other court proceedings as needed
Advise clients and staff on legal matters and case strategy
